2015 RUSSIA-SAMARA FIDE Arbiters  Seminar-2
From 5 to 9 November 2015 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Samara region, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The venue of the Seminar was the sanatorium Tsiolkovsky in Samara.

The lecturer was IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer was IA Stanislav Yanusevsky (RUS).

Eighteen (18) National Arbiters from Russia and Ukraine participated in the Seminar and eight (8) of them participated in the examination test held after the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a FA Norm, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:

FIDE Arbiters Seminar-Reykjavik ICELAND  2015
From 15 to 21 November 2015 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Reykjavik, Iceland, by the Icelandic Chess Federation, in cooperation with the FIDE Arbiters' Commission and under auspices of FIDE. The Seminar was held parallel to the 2015 European Teams Chess Championships.

The venue of the Seminar was the Laugardalshöllin Indoor Hall, in Reykjavik.

The lecturer was IA Panagiotis Nikolopoulos (GRE), Chairman of the FIDE Arbiters' Commission and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer was IA Omar Salama (ISL).

9 (nine) people from Iceland, Sweden, Norway and Netherlands participated in the Seminar.
Eight (8) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures and the following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:

2015 RUSSIA-BARNAUL FIDE Arbiters  Seminar
From 2 to 6 November 2015 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Barnaul, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer was IA Alexander Shaab (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer was FA Nadezhda Zykina (RUS).

The language of the Seminar was Russian.

Thirteen (13) National arbiters from Russia participated in the Seminar and eight (8) of them took part in the examination test that was held after the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a FA Norm, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:

seminar logoFrom 27 October to 2 November 2015 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Porto Carras, Halkidiki, Greece, by the FIDE Arbiters' Commission, in cooperation with the Greek Chess Federation and the Thessaloniki-Halkidiki Chess Clubs' Union and under auspices of FIDE.

The venue of the Seminar was the Pella Hall of SITHONIA Hotel, in Porto Carras.

The lecturer was IA Panagiotis Nikolopoulos (GRE), Chairman of the FIDE Arbiters' Commission and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers were IA Argiris Kitharidis (GRE) and IA Ioannis Mitrou (GRE).

30 people from Greece, India, Ireland, Romania, Ukraine, Hungary, Armenia and Canada participated in the Seminar.
Twenty two (22) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures and the following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:

DISABLED COMMISSION’S FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Dresden, GERMANY

seminar logoFrom 21 to 24 October 2015 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Dresden, Germany, by the FIDE Commission for Chess for the Disabled (DIS), in cooperation with the German Chess Federation and under auspices of FIDE.
The seminar was held during the World Chess Championship for Disabled in the same venue. All participants got also practice as Arbiters in this World Championship.

The lecturer was IA Juergen Kohlstaedt (GER), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers were IA Jamie Kenmure (AUS), IA Juergen Klueners (GER), and IA Egmont Poenisch (GER).
Thomas Luther (GER), Chairman DIS, gave a guest lecture about special issues for disabled players.

The lectures were in English and German language.

Sixteen (16) National Arbiters and one International Arbiter from Switzerland participated in the seminar. Fifteen (15) national arbiters participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the FIDE Arbiter title, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
