DESCRIPTION:<p>The 234th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to 
 be organized from 28/08/2026 to 31/08/2026 by the Confederation of Chess f
 or Americas\, <span class='fontstyle0'>under the auspices of FIDE. </span>
 </p>\n<p>The Lecturer will be IA Munoz Solis\, Carolina (CRC)\, FIDE Lectu
 rer\, and the Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Diaz\, Geber Eloy (VEN).
 </p>\n<p>The language of the Seminar will be English.</p>\n<p>The Seminar 
 will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter\, according to the Regulations
