DESCRIPTION:<p>A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised in mixed f
 ormat from 29/07/2024 to 11/08/2024 in Montreal\, Canada\, by the Francoph
 one Chess Association / Quebec Chess Federation\, under the auspices of FI
 DE.</p>\n<p>The venue of the Seminar will be the Fédération Québécoise des
  échecs\, <a href='https://www.onomohotels.com/hotel/onomo-casablanca-city
 -center/'>7665</a> boulevard Lacordaire – H1S 2A7 Montréal.</p>\n<p>The Le
 cturer will be IA Freyd\, Laurent (FRA)\, FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lect
 urer will be IA Denommee\, Pierre (CAN).</p>\n<p>The language of the Semin
 ar will be French.</p>\n<p>The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE 
 Arbiter\, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.</p>\n<p
