FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Moscow, RUSSIA

seminar logoA FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 27 to 31 January 2019 in Moscow, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation in cooperation with the Moscow Chess Federation, and under the auspices of FIDE.

The venue of the Seminar will be the Russian State Social University in Moscow.

The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Vadim Tsypin (CAN).

The language of the Seminar will be Russian.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.

seminar logoThe Chess Federation of Mexico in cooperation with the Iberoamerican Federation for Chess is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar, from 4 to 10 March 2019, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Santiago Garcia Ramos (MEX), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Jesus Mena (ESP), IA Barbara Lopez (CUB) and IA Carlos Calleros (BRA).

The Technical Organizer will be Dr. Mario Ramirez Barajas (MEX).

The lectures will be in Spanish language.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.

The venue of the Seminar will be the Philippines Sport Commission, Rizal Memorial, in Manila.

The Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Patrick Lee (PHI)

The language of the Seminar will be English with translation to Pilipino.

The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
