FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Seoul, KOREA

seminar logoA FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 19 to 21 February 2016 in Seoul, Korea, by the Korean Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI), ACF Executive Director and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA KK Chang (HKG).

The language of the Seminar will be English.

The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
