FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Beirut, LEBANON

seminar logoA FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 18 to 25 September 2015 in Beirut, Lebanon, by the Lebanese Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Takis Nikolopoulos (GRE), Chairman of the FIDE Arbiters' Commission and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Elias Khairallah (LEB).

The language of the Seminar will be English with translation into Arabic.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.

The venue of the Seminar will be the Danubia Hotel - Srebrno Jezero.

The Lecturer will be IA Vyron Tsorbatzoglou (GRE), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Branislav Suhartovic (SRB) and IA Zoran Bojovic (SRB).

The language of the Seminar will be English with translation into Serbian and Bulgarian.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.

The participation is free for all Arbiters.

The Lecturer will be IA Jesus Mena (ESP), FIDE Arbiters' Commission Councilor and FIDE Lecturer.

The Technical Organizer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Mihail Prevenios (GRE), FIDE Lecturer.

The lectures will be in Spanish language.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
