FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in New Delhi, INDIA

seminar logoA FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 4 to 6 July 2017 (at the same period with the Commonwealth Chess Championship 2017) in New Delhi, India, by the All India Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Prof. Rathinam Anantharam (IND), Councilor of the FIDE Arbiters' Commission and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Gopakumar Sudhakaran (IND).

The venue of the Seminar will be the Hotel Park Plaza, Shahdara, in New Delhi.

The language of the Seminar will be English.

The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

The Lecturer will be IA Werner Stubenvoll (AUT), FIDE Qualification Commission Chairman and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Miklos Orso (HUN).

The venue of the Seminar will be the Hungarian Chess Federation's office, Falk Miksa u. Nr. 10, 1055 Budapest (2nd floor).

The language of the Seminar will be English (with translation into Hungarian).

51st INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR (in English language)

seminar logoThe FIDE Arbiters' Commission is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar, from 26 June to 1 July 2017, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Takis Nikolopoulos (GRE), FIDE Arbiters' Commission Chairman and FIDE Lecturer.
The Technical Organizer will be IA Mihail Prevenios (GRE), FIDE Lecturer.

The lectures will be in English language.
They will be at 18.00-22.00, Athens Time (GMT+3) daily and will include all the new laws of Chess, Swiss Rules, Titles and Ratings Regulations that have been approved in 2016 Baku FIDE Congress and the 2017 Athens FIDE presidential Board and will be in effect from 1 July 2017.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.

The participation fee will be 50 Euros and must be paid free of charges until three (3) days before the day of the start of the Seminar, by using the following ways:
