FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in New Delhi, INDIA

seminar logoA FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 11 June to 13 November 2014 in New Delhi, India, by the All India Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Mehrdad Pahlevanzadeh (IRI), FIDE Lecturer.

The language of the Seminar will be English.

The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

The venue of the Seminar will be the "NOVOTEL" Hotel, in Plovdiv.

The Lecturers will be IA Vladimir Sacotic (MNE) and IA Sava Stoisavljevic (SRB) and the Assistant Lecturers IA Rumen Angelov (BUL), IA Zdravko Nedev (BUL) and IA Nikolay Yordanov (BUL).

The language of the Seminar will be English, with translation to Bulgarian.
