seminar logoA FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized in 13 and 14 December 2014 in Lisbon, Portugal, by the Portuguese Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Carlos Oliveiras Dias (POR), FIDE Lecturer.

The language of the Seminar will be Portuguese.

The venue of the Seminar will be Inatel Oerias in Lisbon.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.

The Lecturer will be IA Ignatius Leong (SIN), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Jhu Jiaqi (CHN) and IA Zhang Jilin (CHN).
