FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Tallinn, ESTONIA

seminar_logoA FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 3 to 7 October 2013 in Tallinn, Estonia, by the Estonian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

 

The Lecturer will be IA Panagiotis Nikolopoulos (GRE), Chairman of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be FA Marek Kolk (EST).

The venue of the Seminar will be the Paul Keres Chess House in Tallinn.

The language of the Seminar will be English.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
