FIDE Arbiters’ Commission’s 26th INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR (in English language)

seminar_logoThe Africa Chess Union, in cooperation with the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission, is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar, from 24 to 30 June 2013, under the auspices of FIDE.

 

Priority of participation will be given to participants from African Federations.

 

The Lecturer will be IA Panagiotis Nikolopoulos (GRE), Arbiters’ Commission Chairman and FIDE Lecturer.

 

The Technical Organizer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Mihail Prevenios (GRE).

 

The lectures will be in English language.

 

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.

seminar_logoA FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 30 September to 3 October 2013 in Budva, Montenegro, by the Montenegro Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

 

The Lecturers will be IA Vladimir Sacotic (MNE) and IA Sava Stoisavljevic (SRB), FIDE Lecturers.

The language of the Seminar will be English (with translation to Montenegrian)

 

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.

The venue of the Seminar will be the Center “Great Blue” in Tipasa.

 

The Lecturer will be IA Igor Verechagin (RUS), FIDE Lecturer.

Assistant Lecturers will be IA Announ, Nasredine (ALG) and   IA Nesla, Adnane (ALG).

 

The language of the Seminar will be Arabic and French.
