25th INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in COSTA RICA

seminar_logoThe Costa Rica Chess Federation is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar, from 10 to 14 April 2013, under the auspices of FIDE.

 

The Lecturer will be IA Santiago Garcia Ramos (MEX), FIDE Lecturer.

 

The Technical Organizer will be Mauricio Castro Solano (CRC).

 

The lectures will be in Spanish language.

 

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.

FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Reilingen, GERMANY

seminar_logoA FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 11 to 14 July 2013 in Reilingen (close to Manheim), Germany, by the German Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

 

The Lecturer will be IA Klaus Deventer (GER), FIDE Arbiters’ Commission Councilor and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lectures will be IA Jurgen Kohlstadt (GER) and IA Jurgen Kluners.

The language of the Seminar will be German.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
