The Lecturer will be IA Ashot Vardapetyan (ARM), FIDE Arbiters’ Commission Member and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Tuga Melikstet-Beg (GEO).

The language of the Seminar will be Russian (with translation into English).

The venue of the Seminar will be the “Equator” Hotel in Vladivostok.

The language of the Seminar will be Russian.

 

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
