FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Dubai, UAE

seminar_logoA FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 25 to 29 September 2011 in Dubai, UAE, by the UAE Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturers will be IA Ignatius Leong (SIN), FIDE General Secretary and FIDE Lecturer and IA Mahdi Abdulrahim (UAE), FIDE Arbiters’ Commission Councilor and FIDE Lecturer. Assistant Lecturer will be IA Sultan Al Taher (UAE).

The venue of the Seminar will be the Leader Qualification Centre in Dubai.

The language of the Seminar will be English and Arabic.

10th INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ Seminar in GUATEMALA

seminar_logoThe Confederation of Chess for America, in cooperation with the Guatemala Chess Federation, is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar, from 19 to 25 September 2011, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Santiago Garcia Ramos (MEX), FIDE Lecturer.

The Technical Organizer will be Oscar Rolando Figueroa Urizar (GUA).

The lectures will be in Spanish language.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
