COMMISSION for WOMEN’S CHESS 11th INTERNET BASED FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR

seminar_logoThe Commission for Women’s Chess, is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar, from 3 to 9 October 2011, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Santiago Garcia Ramos (MEX), FIDE Lecturer.

The Technical Organizer will be WGM Martha Fierro.

The lectures will be in Spanish language.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.

The Lecturers will be IA Ignatius Leong (SIN), FIDE General Secretary and FIDE Lecturer and IA Mahdi Abdulrahim (UAE), FIDE Arbiters’ Commission Councilor and FIDE Lecturer. Assistant Lecturer will be IA Sultan Al Taher (UAE).

The venue of the Seminar will be the Leader Qualification Centre in Dubai.

The language of the Seminar will be English and Arabic.
