seminar logoA FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 23 to 27 August 2018 in Saint Petersburg, Russia, by the St. Petersburg Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The venue of the Seminar will be Saperny pereulok 10, room 5H, in St. Petersburg.

The Lecturer will be IA Artiom Akhmetov (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Igor Bolotinsky (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
