DESCRIPTION:<p>A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 25/11
 /2024 to 27/11/2024 in Tashkent\, by the Asian Chess Federation\, under th
 e auspices of FIDE.</p>\n<p>The Lecturer will be IA Vardapetyan\, Ashot (A
 RM)\, FIDE Lecturer\, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Turdialiev\, Hu
 san (UZB)\, FIDE Lecturer.</p>\n<p>The language of the Seminar will be Rus
 sian.</p>\n<p>The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter\, acc
 ording to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.</p>\n<p><strong>Sche
