
The 180th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 04/03/2025 to 05/04/2025 by the French Chess Fédération, and French Arbiter”s Council (DNA) & Comité du Lot des Echecs (CDJE46), under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturers will be IA/IO Dervieux, Dominique (FRA), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Boyd, Stephen (FRA), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be French.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 01/04/2025 to 05/04/2025 in Almaty, by the Kazakhstan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Vardapetyan, Ashot (ARM), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Turdialiev, Husan (UZB), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

1st April, 14:30 – 17:30: Laws of chess – part 2 (2 hours), Laws of Chess (Rapid, Blitz, etc.)
2nd April, 10:00 – 13:00: Tournament Regulations (2 hours), Examples (1 hour)
2nd April, 14:30 – 17:30: Regulations for the titles of Arbiters (1 hour), Classification of Arbiters (0.5 hour), FIDE Rating and titles regulations (1.5 hours)
3th April, 09:00 – 13:00: System of games and tie-breaks (1 hour), Swiss system and pairing rules (2 hours)
3th April, Chess terms in English (1 hour), Anti-Cheating guidelines (1 hour), Electronic chess clocks (1 hour), FIDE Arbiter’s Disciplinary Regulations (1 hour)
4th April 10:30 – 14:30: Exam (4 hours)
