FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Pavlodar (KAZ) @ Estay 83a | Pavlodar | Pavlodar Region | Kazakhstan

A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 17/10/2024 to 20/10/2024 in Pavlodar, by the Kazakhstan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Krjukov, Mikhail (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Rinas, Oleg (KAZ), FIDE Lecturer.

The language of the Seminar will be Russian.

The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

Schedule:

day 1 – 17 October (Thursday)
10:00-13:00 Common rules  3 hours
13:00-13:30 Break  30 min
13:30-15:30 Common rules of the game in English 2 hours

day 2 – 18 October (Friday)
10:00 – 13:00 rules of competition 3 hours
13:00 – 13:30 break 30 min
13:30 – 15:30  Swiss system and pairing rules  2 hours
15:30-  17:00 Use of the electronic clocks

day 3 – 19 October (Saturday)
10:00 –11:00  tie-breaks 1 hour
11:00  – 13:00 anti cheating 2 hours
13:00 – 13:30 break 30 min
13:30 – 15:30 raiting and tittles 2 hours

day 4 – 20 October (Sunday)
10:00 – 14:00 exam 4 hours

A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 25/11/2024 to 27/11/2024 in Tashkent, by the Uzbekistan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Vardapetyan, Ashot (ARM), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Turdialiev, Husan (UZB), FIDE Lecturer.

The language of the Seminar will be Russian.

The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

25th November, 10:00 – 13:00: Laws of chess – part 1 (3 hours)

25th November, 14:30 – 17:30: Laws of chess – part 2 (2 hours), Tournament Regulations (1 hour)

26th November, 10:00 – 13:00: Anti-Cheating guidelines (1 hour), Electronic chess clocks (1 hour), FIDE Arbiter’s Disciplinary Regulations (1 hour)

26th November, 14:30 – 17:30: Regulations for the titles of Arbiters (1 hour), Classification of Arbiters (0.5 hour), FIDE Rating and titles regulations (2 hours)

27th November, 09:00 – 13:00: System of games and tie breaks (1 hour), Swiss system and pairing rules (2 hours), Chess terms in English (1 hour)

27th November, 14:00 – 18:00: Exam
