A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 17/10/2024 to 20/10/2024 in Pavlodar, by the Kazakhstan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Krjukov, Mikhail (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Rinas, Oleg (KAZ), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

The Lecturer will be IA Vardapetyan, Ashot (ARM), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Turdialiev, Husan (UZB), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
