The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 20/5/2021 to 23/5/2021 in Lilongwe, Malawi, by the Chess Association of Malawi, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Messaoudi, Bechir (TUN), FIDE Lecturer and assistant lecturers will be IA Mkumbwa Gilton (MAW).
The language of the Seminar will be English with translation into French.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
