ARB Calendar

The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 12/8/2021 to 15/8/2021 in Ostfildern, Germany, by the Arbiters Commission DSB and German Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Sportschule Ruit, Kirchheimer Str. 125, Ostfildern, Germany.
The Lecturer will be IA Klueners, Juergen (GER), FIDE Lecturer and assistant lecturers will be IA/IO Johann, Gregor (GER), and IA/IO Alt, Ralph (GER), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be German.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

19.00-21.00: System of Games, Tie Break Rules, Electronical Clocks

13.8.2021:
09.00-12.30 and 14.00-17.30: Tournament Rules, Swiss Pairing System, Titles of  players

14.8.2021:
09.00-12.30 and 14.00-15.30: Titles of the arbiters, Disciplinary Regulations, Anti Cheating Guidelines, Laws of Chess

14.8.2021:
17.00-19.00: Examination Test

15.8.2021:
09.00-12.30: Laws of Chess (Cases), Results of the Test

The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 27/8/2021 to 30/8/2021 in Hammamet, Tunisia, by the Tunisia Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Maison des Jeunes Hammamet, Tunisia.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Messaoudi, Bechir (TUN), FIDE Lecturer and assistant lecturer will be IA/IO Cherif, Mondher (TUN).
The language of the Seminar will be Arabic with translation into French.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
