The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 19/12/2021 to 23/12/2021 in Samara, Russia, by the Chess Federation of Russia, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Sanatorium Tsiolkovsky, Samara region (Russia).
The Lecturer will be IA, IO Tkachev, Alexander (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Yanushevsky, Stanislav (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

Schedule:

19.12. – Day of arrival.

20.12. (10.30 am – 4.30 pm) – Laws of Chess (including Rapid, Blitz, etc) – Anti-cheating guidelines for Arbiters

21.12. (10.30 am – 4.30 pm) – FIDE Competition Rules and standards of chess equipment, System of Games, tie breaks.

22.12. (10.30 am – 4.30 pm) – Swiss system. Pairing rules, Regulations for the rating and the over-the-board titles,
Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters, Use of the electronic clocks, Examination test.

23.12. – Day of departure
