The 100th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 05/06/2021 to 13/06/2021 by the Southwestern Ontario Chess League and Chess Federation of Canada, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Bond, Hal (CAN), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Marghetis, Aris (CAN), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

June 5 (10am – 6pm):
Role of Arbiters, Laws of Chess

June 6 (10am – 6pm):
Ratings and OTB Title Regulations, Swiss Pairings

June 12 (10am – 6pm):
Swiss Pairings, System of Games, Competition Rules, Equipment standards, Tie-breaks

June 13 (10am-2pm):
Arbiter Title Regs, Fair Play

June 13 (2pm-6pm):
Exam
