The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 10/3/2021 to 14/3/2021 in Kyiv, Ukraine, by the Ukrainian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Hotel “Reinkartz”, Kyiv, Ukraine.
The Lecturer will be IA Tovchyga, Oleg (UKR), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Gnyp, Yuriy (UKR).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

The language of the Seminar will be Arabic with translation into French.
