The language of the Seminar will be French (The Exam in French and English).
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

Day 1 – Laws of Chess 1/2 emphasizing changes followed by Tournament Rules (4 hours).
Day 2 – Laws of chess 2/2 Online chess. Anti-Cheating Questions and answers (4 hours)
Day 3 – Rating Regulations – Titles players & arbiters (4 hours)
Day 4 – Swiss Systems, Tie Breaks, Pairing Procedures, (4 hours)
Day 5 – Disable players, Electronic Clocks, general review, Team event, Interaction with players, captains, officials and spectators (6 hours)
Day 6 –FIDE Competitions – basic English chess vocabulary (2 hours)
Exam (4 hours) – debriefing (2 hours)
