
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 27/09/2023 to 05/10/2023 in Brisbane, by the Chess Association of Queensland (CAQ) and Australian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Tsai, Peter (AUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA D`arcy, Michael (AUS).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

The 141th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 30/09/2023 to 03/10/2023 by the National Chess Federation of the Philippines and Asian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Abundo, Cast (PHI), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

a) Laws of Chess (including Rapid, Blitz, etc), 4 hours;
b) Tournament Rules, 2 hours;
c) System of Games, tie breaks. 2 hours;
d) Swiss system and Pairing rules, 2 hours;
e) Regulations for the rating and the over‐the‐board titles, 2 hours;
f) Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters, 1 hour;
g) Anti cheating guidelines for Arbiters 1 hour;
