FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Udaipur, India (September 2019) - Report

udaipur september2019 pic01From 17th to 19th September 2019 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Udaipur, India, by the All India Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar was Baskaran Adhiban Chessman chess academy, Bhuwana, Udaipur (Rajasthan).
The Lecturer was IA Gopakumar M S (IND), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Bansod Swapnil (IND).
The language of the Seminar was English.
Thirty (30) arbiters from India participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Trieste, Italy (September 2019) - Report

trieste september2019 pic03From 1st to 5th September 2019 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Trieste (Italy) by the European Chess Union in cooperation with the Italian Chess Federation and Italian Arbiters` Commission, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar was Ippodromo di Montebello, Piazza da Gasperi 4 in Trieste.
The Lecturer was IA Franca Dapiran (ITA), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Marco Biagioli (ITA).
The language of the Seminar was English.
Fifteen (15) arbiters from eight (8) federations - CRO, GER, MKD, ROU, RUS, SLO, SRB and ITA participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Sousse, Tunisia (September 2019) - Report

sousse september2019 pic01From 5th to 9th September 2019 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Sousse (Tunisia) by the Chess Club Golden Square of the Tunisian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar was Hotel L'Orient palace in Sousse.
The Lecturer was Omar Salama (ISL), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Akram Jemai (TUN).
The language of the Seminar was Arabic.
Nineteen (19) arbiters from ALG, IRQ, LBA and TUN participated in the Seminar and fourteen (14) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Freetown, Sierra Leone (September 2019) - Report

Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar was Hotel Barmoi in Freetown.
The Lecturer was IA Messaoudi, Bechir (TUN), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Kpan Deckalet Mario Prosper (CIV).
The language of the Seminar was English with translation to French.
Ten (10) arbiters from Nigeria, Liberia, Cameroun, Togo and Sierra Leone Chess Federations participated in the Seminar and seven of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

FIDE ARBITERS' SEMINAR in Samara (Russia)

seminar logoA FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 02/11/2019 to 06/11/2019 in Samara Region, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be sanatorium Tsiolkovsky, Samara region (Russia).
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Tkachev, Alexander (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Yanushevsky, Stanislav (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

Note: The participation fee for a limited number of female participants will be covered by WOM from OIC funding.
