FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Copenhagen (DEN) – Report
From 4th to 7th September 2025, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Copenhagen, by the Danish Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA/IO Salama, Omar (ISL), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer was IA Jacobsen, Poul (DEN).
The language of the Seminar was English.
Six (6) arbiters from three (3) national federations (DEN, FAI, and GER) participated in the Seminar and five (5) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
