209th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (CCA) – Report
The 209th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (CCA) was held from 19th to 21st December 2025. It was organized by the Confederation of Chess for Americas, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Munoz Solis, Carolina (CRC), FIDE Lecturer, and the Local Assistant Lecturer was IA Hernandez Bermudez, Ulises Eduardo (VEN).
The Language of the Seminar was Spanish.
Twenty (20) arbiters from seventeen (17) chess federations (AHO, ARG, BOL, BRA, CHI, COL, CRC, CUB, ECU, HON, MEX, PAN, PAR, PER, PUR, VEN, URU) participated in the Seminar, and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
