207th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (NAM) – Report
The 207th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (NAM) was held from 14th to 16th November 2025. It was organized by the Namibia Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA/IO Nsakanya, Chanda (ZAM), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer was IA McFarlane, Alex (SCO), FIDE Lecturer.
The Language of the Seminar was English.
Twenty-two (22) arbiters from twelve (12) national federations (COD, GRE, GHA, IND, KEN, MAW, NAM, NGR, RSA, SWZ, ZAM, ZIM) participated in the Seminar, and eighteen participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
