232nd Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (WOM) @ on-line

The 232nd Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 04/09/2026 to 06/09/2026 by the FIDE Commission for Women’s Chess, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Bansod Swapnil (IND), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Delega, Tomasz (POL), Lecturer Training Programe. The Technical Assistant Lecturer will be IA Anastasia Sorokina (AUS), FIDE Lecturer. The Technical Organizer is Yilmaz Kartal (TUR) (+9-5426066729, womenchess@fide.com, yilmazkartal@gmail.com ).

The language of the Seminar will be English.

The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

Note: The seminar is organized by FIDE WOM with support of FIDE ARB. Up to 20 participants, women only. Individual registrations.
Each continent (Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe) has the right to nominate up to 2 participants (4 continents = 8 participants in total through continental nominations).

Priority will be given in the following order:
1. Participants from the waiting list of the previous FIDE WOM Seminar edition;
2. Continental nominations;
3. Individual applications in order of registration.

There is no participation fee for attendees. FIDE WOM will cover 20 EUR per participant payable to ARB.
