FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Quang Ninh Province (VIE) – Report
From 24th to 28th June 2026, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Quang Ninh Province (VIE), by the Vietnam Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Bunawan, Bong (INA), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Huynh Lam Binh Nguyen (VIE).
The language of the Seminar was English.
Eighteen (18) arbiters from Vietnam participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
