146th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Panamanian Chess Federation) – Report
The 146th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (CCA) was held from 9th to 11th December 2023. It was organized by the Panamanian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA/IO Hermida, Marcelo Mariano (ARG), FIDE Lecturer, and the Local Assistant Arbiter was IA Rondon Chacon, Yolys Desiree (PAN).
The Language of the Seminar was Spanish.
Twenty (20) arbiters from nine (9) national federations (ARG, BOL, CRC, ECU, ESP, PAN, PER, PUR, and VEN) participated in the Seminar, and eighteen (18) arbiters participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
