Talapker Damir is the Executive director of Kyrgyz Chess Union, FIDE arbiter and Organizer of many international events in Kyrgyzstan under auspices of Asian Chess Federation and FIDE such as: Western Asia Chess Championship, Asian School Chess Championship and etc.
Methods and strategies that he used are helping to develop a chess community in Kyrgyzstan.
