A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 17/04/2023 to 19/04/2023 in Tashkent, by the Uzbekistan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Vardapetyan, Ashot (ARM), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Turdialiev, Husan (UZB), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

17th April, 14:00 – 17:00: Tournament regulations, arbiter’s behavior in various chess event situations
18th April, 09:00 – 12:00: Anti-Cheating guidelines, Electronic chess clocks
18th April, 14:00 – 17:00: Regulations for the titles of Arbiters, Rating and over‐the‐board titles
19th April, 09:00 – 12:00: System of games, tie breaks, Swiss system and pairing rules
19th April, 14:00 – 18:00: Exam
The 132nd Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 20/04/2023 to 23/04/2023 by the Chess Federation of Russia, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Tkachev, Alexander (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer will IA/IO Staratorzhskiy, Vladimir (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
