The 113th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 15/7/2022 to 17/7/2022 by the Puerto Rico Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Lopez-Chavez Marino, Barbara (CUB), FIDE Lecturer and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Vega Adorno, Cristobal (PUR).

The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.

The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

Anti-cheating guidelines for Arbiters (18:00-19:00)
