The 136th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 28/07/2023 to 30/07/2023 by the Peru Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Lopez-Chavez Marino, Barbara (CUB), FIDE Lecturer, Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Pingas, Blas Mariano (ARG), and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Castaneda Del Aguila, Carlomario (PER).

The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.

The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
