227th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Guam Chess Federation)
The 227th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 29/05/2026 to 31/05/2026 by the Guam Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Bunawan, Bong (INA), FIDE Lecturer, and the Local Assistant Lecturer will IA Jamie Kenmure (AUS).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

Anti‐cheating guidelines for Arbiters 6pm to 7pm
Regulations for the titles of Arbiters 7pm to 8pm
Saturday 30th of May
Laws of Chess 11am to 3pm and 3:30 to 5:30pm
FIDE Competition Rules and standards of chess equipment 5:30pm to 7pm
Sunday 31st of May
Swiss system and pairing rules 11am to 1pm
System of games, tie breaks 1pm to 2:30 pm
Rating and over‐the‐board titles 3pm to 4pm
Exam 4:30pm to 8:30pm
