The 242nd Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 22/09/2026 to 25/09/2026 by the Uzbekistan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Krjukov, Mikhail (RUS), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

12.00-14.00: Laws of Chess part 2 (2 hours),
09.00-12.00: Laws of Chess part 1 (3 hours)

09.00-14.00: Tournament Regulations (1 hour), Anti-Cheating guidelines (2 hour), Electronic chess clocks (0.5 hours), FIDE Arbiter’s Disciplinary Regulations (1 hour), Classification of Arbiters (0,5 hour)
September, 24th:
09.00-14.00: Regulations for the titles of Arbiters (1,5 hours), , FIDE Rating and titles regulations (1 hour), System of games and tie breaks (1 hour), Swiss system and pairing rules (1,5 hours),
