A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 27/09/2023 to 05/10/2023 in Brisbane, by the Chess Association of Queensland (CAQ) and Australian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Tsai, Peter (AUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA D`arcy, Michael (AUS).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

Wednesday 4th October
9:00 -12:00 Regulations for the rating and the over‐the‐board titles
13:00 – 14:00 Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters
14:00 – 15:00 Conduct of Players and Arbiters
Thursday 5th October
9:00 – 13:00 Exam
