A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 04/06/2024 to 08/06/2024 in Hanoi, by the Vietnam Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Bunawan, Bong (INA), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Ton That Nhu Tung (VIE).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

17:00-18.30: Arbiters Regulations and Classification of Arbiters
18:30-19:00: ARB Disciplinary Regulations

09:00-10:00: Conduct of Players and Arbiters
10:00-11:00: Use of the Electronic Clocks
11:00-13:00: Review and Questions
15.00-19.00: Examination test
08 June:
09.00-12.00: Closing ceremony & departure
