A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 26/10/2022 to 30/10/2022 in Ho Chi Minh City, by the Viet Nam Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Vietnamchess office, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Bunawan, Bong (INA), FIDE Lecturer and the Local Assistant will be IA Ton That Nhu Tung (VIE).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

15.00- 19.00: Tournament Regulations, Fair Play Regulations, Tie break regulations.
28 October:
09.00-13.00: System of Pairings, Swiss System
15.00-19.00: Players’ titles regulations, Ratings regulations
29 October:
09.00-13.00: Arbiters’ titles, use of electronic clocks, Review, Questions, 15.00-19.00: Examination test
