FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Mamaia (European Chess Union)
The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 06/09/2023 to 11/09/2023 by the European Chess Union, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Escafre, Stephane (FRA), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Karali, Tania (GRE).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

16:00 – 20:00 Swiss Systems, Tie Breaks, Pairing Procedures (TK)
Sep 10th
9:00 – 13:00, 15:00 – 17:00 Disabled players, Electronic Clocks, general review, Team event, Interaction with players, captains, officials and spectators (SE + TK)
Sep 11th
9:00 – 13:00 Exam, Debriefing
