A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 03/07/2026 to 06/07/2026 in Novi Sad, by the Chess Association of Vojvodina and Chess Federation of Serbia, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Dervieux, Dominique (FRA), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Stanimirovic, Zoran (SRB).

The language of the Seminar will be English.

The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

Friday 3^rd July
9.00-12.00 and 14.00–17.00 Laws of chess, , Rapid, Blitz, Appendices (6 hours)

Saturday 4^th July
9.00-12.30 Titles and Rating Regulations (3h), Arbiter’s titles (1h)
14.30–17.30 System of games, Swiss System, Pairing Rules (3h)

Sunday 5^th July
9.00-12.00 General Regulations for competitions, Tie-break Regulations (3h)
14.00–17.30 Fair Play Regulations (2h), Review, Questions, Answers (1,5h)

Monday 6^th July
Electronic Clocks 9.00 – 10.00 Electronic Clocks(1 hour)
Exam 10.00 – 14.00 (4 hours)
