A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 10/08/2023 to 13/08/2023 in D-73760 Ostfildern, by the German Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Kohlstaedt, Juergen (GER), FIDE Lecturer, Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Alt, Ralph (GER), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Johann, Gregor (GER).

The language of the Seminar will be German.

The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
