A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 05/11/2025 to 08/11/2025 in Ozamiz City, by the National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP), under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Leong, Ignatius (FID), FIDE Lecturer, and the Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Cruz, Reden (PHI).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
