A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 17/05/2023 to 20/05/2023 in Sandakan, by the Malaysia Chess Federation and Sandokna Chess Club, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Bunawan, Bong (INA), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer will be FA Lucas, Charles (MAS).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
