FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Taskhent – November 2023 (UZB)

A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 28/10/2023 to 30/10/2023 in Tashkent, by the Uzbekistan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Turdialiev, Husan (UZB), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Krjukov, Mikhail (RUS), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

28th November, 09:00 – 12:00: Laws of chess (first part)
28th November, 14:00 – 17:00: Laws of chess (second part), Tournament regulations, ARB Disciplinary Regulations
29th November, 09:00 – 12:00: Anti-Cheating guidelines, Electronic chess clocks
29th November, 14:00 – 17:00: Regulations for the titles of Arbiters, Classification of Arbiters, FIDE Rating and titles regulations
30th November, 09:00 – 12:00: System of games, tie breaks, Swiss system and pairing rules
30th November, 14:00 – 18:00: Exam
