DESCRIPTION:<p>A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 23/07
 /2024 to 25/07/2024 in Hull\, by the English Chess Federation\, under the 
 auspices of FIDE.</p>\n<p>The Lecturer will be IA/IO McFarlane\, Alex H(SC
 O)\, FIDE Lecturer\, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Holowczak\, Alex
  R (ENG)\, FIDE Lecturer Training Programe.</p>\n<p>The language of the Se
 minar will be English.</p>\n<p>The Seminar will give norms and titles of F
 IDE Arbiter\, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.</p>
