The subjects will include
a) Laws of Chess (including Rapid, Blitz, etc), 4 hours;
b) Tournament Rules , 2 hours;
c) System of Games, tie breaks. 2 hours;
d) Swiss system and Pairing rules, 2 hours;
e) Regulations for the rating and the over‐the‐board titles, 2 hours;
f) Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters, 1 hour;
g) Anti cheating guidelines for Arbiters 1 hour; Exam 4 hours
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 02/08/2023 to 06/08/2023 in Casablanca, by the Royal Morocco Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Abdulrahim, Mahdi (UAE), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Akkour, Abdelfattah (MAR).
The language of the Seminar will be Arabic with translation into French.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
