New 25th IA Seminar will be organized in May 2026!
Dear chess arbiters and especially FIDE arbiters,
Considering the great interest in IA Certification Seminars, we are pleased to announce the organization new IA Seminar in May 2026. So far, the ARB Commission organized twenty-four (24) IA seminars with 569 FIDE arbiters.
The following 25th IA seminars will last 16 hours, and it will be held in 4 sessions (one per day, two weekends) of 4 hours each.
According to the FIDE Regulations for the training of chess arbiters, starting from January 1st 2024, each application for IA arbiter requires one norm from IA Seminar. The duration of the IA Seminar shall be a minimum of sixteen (16) hours.

09th May: 15.00 to 19.00 CEST
10th May: 15.00 to 19.00 CEST
16th May: 15.00 to 19.00 CEST
17th May: 15.00 to 19.00 CEST
Lecturers for 25th IA Seminars are IA Laurent Freyd (FRA) and IA Carolina Munoz Solis (CRC), both FIDE Lecturers.
